We converted to Salt and wish we did this earlier. Easy to Install and Easier to Operate & Maintain. We take ours out and store in indoors during the winter Season. Clean the Electrodes and you will be glad you have one. Does take electricity, but it is better than the Chlorinator Shotguns and filling them weekly.

I'm entering my 3rd summer w/ this Chlorinator. I purchased this model because of their warranty (most only cover their products for 1 year - sketchy for something with a high price tag, but typically used only 3-4 mos. a year). My Chlorinator did fail last summer, but the company was quick to address the problem, repair the unit, & return to me. For that I am thankful & will continue to recommend the IntelliChlor line of products.🥹

This worked perfect for about the first 10 months. I adjusted my PH, then started the unit on 3 and eventually adjusted dow to 2 and the water is so clear. Then one day as I switched the controls to run the spa, the input side compression clamp broke and sprayed water everywhere. It got all over my pumps, all over the Circupool unit its self, and the break panel. Luckily I was there and shut it off quickly. They sent me a new clamp, and now that it is installed I keep getting flow errors. I attached a picture showing the flow "lever" is there and working when the pump is turned on. If I unplug and reset it, it works for a bit then stops. I think the unit it's self, or the cell, or both just needs replaced due to the high pressure water drenching it from the bottom side.I really want it to work as it's been great and hassle free before the clamp breaking. We travel a lot for work and can't be there to change it everyday. Hopefully they can replace it so I can change my rating!

Shipment on time, as for the unit is working as should, only time will tell as for endurance hopefully I will get a few years of service

Hands down the best thing you can do for your pool. Hook this up. Toss in a boat load of salt. Sit back and spend 20 less hours a year on your pool. Seriously, it was a game changer. The water is crystal clear and uses very little chems now. This kit takes about an hour to install, super super easy. I'm going on my second year with it now and no complaints at all.

Based on my current situation. Looks like our cell needs to be replaced. Have currently had it in service 1 1/2 years. Purchased this product with the warranty as a top purchase point. Expecting no issues for at least eight years. Our pool is meticulously maintained. Expected better. We’ll see how well they handle this situation.My experience with customer service was good. They sent me the parts for the repair. I did have to pay for shipping. I also got a follow up appointment.

My Salt Cell operated perfectly for nearly 3 years. I returned it for service after getting a low salt cell life light. The people at Circupool were extremely responsive to me in every fashion, from Sydney to Tyson to the manager Sonny. It is very rare these days to work with a company as responsive and as understanding to my needs as they were. They were easy to reach and they reconciled my issue in a fair and expeditious fashion.
