I decided to take a chance on these vitamins (I say 'take a chance' as the price is rather steep) as my hair was thinning at the hairline and spots in the back. But not only did my hairdresser recommend this, my dermatologist did as well, and both know their stuff! So I took the plunge and gave this a go. I decided to wait a bit before doing a review because honestly, I thought not much would change. However, here I am at month 5, and I noticed my receding hairline is more filled in. I'm not sure if I'm actually growing more hair, or if the hairs I have are getting thicker, hence filling in these spots. Either way, it looks a lot better! So I plan to continue and see what happens, but so far I'm pleased.One unexpected bonus ... my eyebrows have thinned a lot over the years, and I've been filling in the little 'spaces' with eyebrow pencil, makeup always helps. But as of a week ago, those spaces seem to have filled up as well. I wasn't expecting this, but wearing less makeup is always a bonus for me. This was a wonderful surprise! I think this is a good product, can't say if it works for everyone, but it took several months of 'nothing', then all of a sudden I'm noticing a change. It's subtle, but definitely noticeable. I am a 64 year old female who is a biker. I had super thick hair up until menopause. Natural auburn curly/wavy hair. I color it now however (have been for years). It has been gradually thinning on top. My mom had very thick hair. My dad (redhead) was bald on top. Mine is to the point where I am pulling it back to help conceal the thinning on top. Those first new growth hairs are now an inch long. Prior to this, I would shed a handful of hair each time I washed it. Shedding is now minimal. Everywhere I part my hair, there are baby hairs popping up. I can't tell you how relieved I am to be seeing improvement and new growth. I continue to use rosemary oil at night, massage my scalp, take protein supplements and collagen peptides, and fish oil. I am using a shampoo with rosemary oil. I'm not relying on one product for success. I think it's been a team effort from several products. Whatever I am doing, it's working!!!Update with pictures. I am thru my first 4 months of using this and my 5th bottle is on the way. I am no longer keeping my hair pulled back. My almost bald spot at the back of my head is gone. Any light areas you see are grays because I am 2 weeks out from my last color job, and it grows super fast. I am beyond happy with the results I have gotten from using this. My issue is hormones, and this product appears to block the hormone that chokes off the blood supply to the follicle. Happy, happy 64 year old!!

I put off buying Nutrafol for a long time, because it is so expensive. I’ve used Minoxidil for several years but I can’t say it’s really done much. I have also used other tablet preparations for hair growth none of which worked. They say it takes about 6 months to see results from Nutrafol. At 6 months I saw no results in how my hair looked, but I thought I was losing less given that I wasn’t seeing hair on the counter or floor any more. It’s 8 months now and I can definitely tell a noticeable difference. In addition to the thin spots not being as bad, my hair feels thicker. I will keep using it hoping that I see continued improvement. The only thing is, it’s so expensive.
