Seems to be great quality. Taking it for longevity, so who knows if it is working. It sure doesn't cause any issues.

I actually feel a difference since starting to take this.
I take one after eating lunch along with a few other supplements and feel taurine, has been missing from my diet for a long time. I feel more relaxed, focused and getting better more restful sleep, too. I am glad I tried this product and feel it is working on my behalf.

Quite a few empty capsules
I feel it works well, but out of the 100 capsules I found 10 in the bottle that were empty and/or fell apart, having half-capsules throughout the bottle. Not sure if this happened at the manufacturer or in transit, but having 10% of them unusable is not a good thing. Aside from that, good product.
