Love the quality of the Ecolution Frying Pan. Have used it for years.

I love this skillet! Absolutely nothing sticks to it and I’ve used it regularly. It Is heavier and sturdier than I expected and is now my go-to skillet. Cleanup is super easy. A sudsy paper towel and a rinse is all it takes to clean it. As with any non-stick coating, wooden or nylon utensils should be used and I haven’t noticed any signs of scratching yet. I personally wouldn’t put in a dishwasher for fear of damage to the finish, but as noted earlier it really isn’t necessary! I definitely recommend this product.

The pan was too small for my husband. He thought it would have been bigger.

I purchased this hoping to be able to make egg white omelets which kept sticking to my other non-stick pans. This works perfectly. The omelet slides around, flips easily. I like this so much I am going to order the larger size for general cooking.

This pan is poor quality. The non-stick coating is extremely soft, with a rubbery surface; you can scratch it with your fingernail. We have been extremely careful to only use plastic and wood utensils on this pan and not to put it up against metal or ceramic surfaces in the dishwasher or cabinet, but it still has numerous scratches in the non-stick coating after a few months of intermittent use. The handle is loose and is definitely going to come off sooner than later. Overall I would say this is not any better than bottom end non-stick pans you can get for $10-$15 at discount stores. And maybe worse.

My second purchase of this product. First time I purchased was nearly 10 years ago. I used it on a daily basis and over time the non-stick coating diminished, as with all non-stick cookware. I would say it probably should have been replaced sooner, but it lasted me probably 5 years. For the next 5 years I used some expensive cookware (not non-stick), but really wanted to return to using this pan. I'm glad I returned to cooking on this pan. It makes it so much easier for a number of the dishes I'm making. An excellent non-stick pan and a great price. I now have three different sizes of the Ecolution pans because they are so good!
