The best cat food tried so far and I've tried a lot!
I have tried a lot of cat food, wet, dry, soups, mouses etc. and have a very mixed reception from my fussy cat. Quite often, she accepts a new food then, starts to go off it and as she has a sensitive stomach, can often end up sharing it with us all over the floor 10 minutes later. The usual supermarket foods, even so called higher quality ones, all look similar, shaped matter in a gravy that is supposed to look like chunks of meat, but they are not. I have recently discovered Encore and have tried their pouches and tins, both are just excellent. The food actually smells ok, looks really good and is made from what looks like almost all real meat or fish and our cat just cant get enough of it. No sick, just an empty plate. We still use a dry kibble but supplement her diet with this. It is on the pricier side but when there is no waste and you cat looks as happy as ours after a meal (see pic), it is worth paying for the quality.

Great food but not for digestive problem
Why did you choose this product over others?:Perfect size for small dog, my pooch has sadly become poorly so cannot have this anymore due to IBD/IBS.. But gre food good quality.

Each tin is so convenient & clean to open & my cats are loving it!
LOVELY!Each tin is so convenient & clean to open & my cats are loving it!In fact (though I've not tried it!), it looks good enough to eat oneself. It smells fresh, there is a certain amount of liquid in the can too, so I mash the chickens shreds up into that & my two love it.I am waiting for the next discount!

Cats love it but it's small
OK it's my first time buying this from Encore ( I've had other cat foods by them in past & they were liked). The cats love it, the order comes in 4 seperate boxes. My girls being reasonable though she's getting on and sleeps mostly these days. The down side is they're so small the tins that my boys gone through nearly 1 whole box in 12hours!!! That's on top of yesterday having other tins in morning that were small like this. I'm gonna have ended up paying £35 for 4 days food at this rate. Granted their are other companies offer these same mini tins with nice looking food in & theyre more expensive. So plus side this is cheaper and my cat clearly loves it. Bit pricey for me to give them all the time but I subscribed too it at a low frequency & seeing how much they like it & the tins really do give a nice variety I'm keeping the subscription. I'm just going to have be firm & put my foot down on the begging so they eat their biscuits Also. But Great

Not just complimentary..
We LOVE this cat food... Firstly I want to address the concern regarding this only being a complimentary feed. Soojgnas you're feeding a complete food - preferably encore complete dry food, widely available in supermarkets now - this is thee perfect wet feed for your cat. If you feed your cat encore wet food alongside any dry feed - 99% of which are complete, then it is Not necessary to feed both a complete dried and complete wet food. This is one of the most natura, unprocessed wet cst foods on the market and naturally contains the good nutrients your cat needs without artifical vitamins and minerals causing a change in taste (which are present in dry food anyway). If you've struggled with finding a complete wet food thst your cat finds laketabke this is probably the reason.I review this feed after over a year of trial and error, almost losing my cat to pancytopenia from contaminated cat food, then a 6 month battle with dietary allergies and 3 consultations with a feline dietician who was amazing. My cat has gone from being underweight despite various feeds including expensive supermarket stocked foods like sheba, applaws. A cat who had such a severe skin condition due to allergic dermatitis from allergens in cheaper foods thst she spent 2 months on oral antibiotics with all over skin lesions...To moving to encore on the advice of the feline dietician - both dry and wet food. The change was dramatic. She has gained 2 kilos and is kot a healthy weight. She eats every morsel in her bowl and is satisfied after feeds. I mentioned before her life threatening case of pancytopenia from contaminated food - her blood tests which she had been having monthly to monitor her iron and full blood count levels has gone from completely warped despite expensive disease modifying drugs - to healthy levels!I swear by this food now. We aren't strangers to using feeds which are less common or more costly, previously my girl was fed in a raw food diet but it didn't seem to suit her well, before moving to the contaminated food sadly which almost took her from us!If you're considering this food then my advice is go for it. If you aren't sure or have a fussy eater (I had the fussiest cat I've met in all my 39 years of having cats) I'd say buy a single tin and see what they think my girl enjoys both fish and chicken encore wwet food although we generally stick to chicken beef cause of her allergic skin condition. The first time I fed her the wet and dry encore - which we slowly switched over from another well known brand... She absolutely devoured the food including the dry food which she wasn't fussed about previously.I previously thought dry food was not good for cays, thst it ws unnatural and not good for their kidneys. However since consulting with the dietician I now understand the reason behind offering the recommended amount of a dried food daily alongside a wet food which absolutely can be complimentary if your cat is eating the portion recommended as a complete food for their weight alongside it. Obviously with access to clean water too. I never post reviews but had to with this - I trust encore and can't recommend it more.

My cat’s favorite
My cat is quite fussy and she loves the collection of Encore, recommended for anyone who would be conscious of food ingredients and content as Encore has 75% meat/fish which provides better nutrition to your pets.
