At first, finding the right battery I was looking for was easy. I ordered it and it arrived but the Evri delivery service is low quality- I do not recommend them. The battery after many, many hours of charging- too long, it did not hold a charge long at all, maybe- 2 hours... not good.The return process seemed simple, but the printed return label instructions are NOT clear, and frustrating. Who is the prepaid shipper? No mention of this on the instructions! Very annoying. I paid Royal Post to ship it back... Even at the post office they could not understand the directions, but in the end we hope for the best.

Not happy.This replacement battery takes up to ten hours to charge from empty and then only provides about three hours use at half volume.I'm going to pay the extra and buy a genuine Sony replacement as this product is not even as good as the worn out battery I took out of the speaker 😕
