I've been using these to add some custom sensors to my home assistant setup, and they work great! One was unfortunately dead on arrival, and Amazon doesn't seem to want to let me contact the seller about it.

The media could not be loaded. Using these to run WLED with some LED strips. Brilliant effects, easy to set up and exceptional value for money. They are compact in size, and have so far been flawless. Perfect for what I’m using them for. I was worried it would be hard to get them working, but it couldn’t have been easier and took less than ten minutes to load in the WLED software and connect to WiFi and the app. Brilliant product which I’m happy to recommend.

I'm using one of these to control my kitchen blinds via Home Assistant.The communication speed between voice command and my blinds actually starting to move is fantastic. It puts the official Tuiss app to shame as that regularly fails to even connect to the blinds. It takes literally less than 2 seconds to activate the blinds after Alexa has accepted the command, which includes the round trip from Alexa -> AWS -> Proxy Server -> Home Assistant Server.Can't fault the device at all! Just need to find a decent case for it...

A great board - I have only just started programming microcontrollers, and already have a collection of different ones. I can say these are my favourite. Very quick, more storage and built in Bluetooth & WiFi. You really couldn't ask for more at such a low price.I like, as previously mentioned, that you don't need to hold down buttons to flash the program to the board due to a cap being added between EN and ground - something to look out for on other boards too I think.I've already created a project that updates the time, displays the weather and gets the news headlines each hour and programming it wouldn't have been possible without the 320KB of usable RAM. You can see videos on instagram (zanegodden) of the project.I've used the DOIT Devkit v1 profile when programming these in Platform.IO / Visual Studio Code as the pinouts are identical.

My first venture into using an ESP32 and I am pleased with these boards so far.Each board was packed with foam protection over the pins in an anti-static bag with three boards in one outer bag. They were not damaged and all the pins are straight and vertical on the boards. Appears to be very clean soldering with all components straight.I have tested two boards with some simple experiments using the Arduino IDE and both worked correctly. As usual with many of these boards you need to press the Boot button to upload a sketch but there is a well documented work-around for this if you feel the need.To date I have tested WIFi (two modes), Bluetooth basic, Serial Communication and PWM outputs with the intention of developing an audio project for a remote control Lego model when I know more.Good value for three well made boards that perform as expected.

Great little board this one. I've had others that have been slow or had issues. These ones work perfect every time and seem to be much faster that other esp32s I've used. Will be buying more soon for my projects
