Won’t Close
Update: the seller reached out to me to offer a refund. However, after 2.5 weeks of emails, nothing was never done. I asked for a refund, but then they offered a replacement. I was in America, so it was not guaranteed to arrive before I left. After over 2 weeks of emails, I got frustrated and told them to just leave me alone. I just don’t understand why they just didn’t give me the refund they offered in the first place.I will be traveling to America this week and I needed a cover for my computer. I didn’t need anything bulky so I thought this would be good. I cannot put my computer in the sleeve with its protective cover on. Even when I takeoff the protective cover it is very difficult to slide the computer into the sleeve. And it won’t close. The magnets are not strong enough. I would return this if I could but I don’t have time since I will be on an airplane soon to America. I don’t know how this got five stars

Best case for MacBook Air (2018 - Touch ID)
I went through several MacBook cases before finding this one, and none of them were quite right (too big, too small, too flimsy, too bulky... one even caused a scratch on my MacBook because of an inside zip?!) but I'm so happy I persevered because this case is just perfect!!(I have waited a few months before posting this review so I could give an accurate review of daily use)It offers protection against scratches and bumps, and it is water resistant which means I don't have to panic when it's in my bag with my water bottle (have had a few spills, mostly water or coffee, and my MacBook has always stayed dry! And the fabric hasn't stained from it either). The case is really light and slender too - it's received so many compliments!The colour (blue) is exactly as expected and the fabric is a soft suede. The inside has a soft microfibre feel.The carry case matches perfectly and fits both my MacBook charger and my iPhone charger and has been really useful because they no longer get tangled up in my bag.The magnetic closure hasn't caused any problems with my Mac, and is strong enough to not open randomly.Really great case, I wouldn't hesitate to buy again and I recommend it to all of my friends with MacBooks
