The media could not be loaded. 1. This hair straightener arrived well intact, not damaged, and not dusty.2. The black carrying case is simple and convenient for storage . Or, to use when taking this hair tool with you during travel. The rectangle box is sturdy and is good for storage, too. (But, I do not intend to keep the straightener inside the packaging box.)3. The temperature 370 Degrees is appropriate for my 3A/3B natural thick curly hair texture. Also, the instruction guide suggest to use this temperature specifically for hair that is colored or dyed. Currently, my hair has permanent hair color.4. This hair straightener has great benefits: it heats up very very quickly -less than 1 minute, the matte material finish makes it easy to hold/grip, the plates did not snag or pull out my hair, if more than 1 minute goes by without straightening the hair it automatically shuts off. This last feature shocked me. I thought something was wrong with this hair straightener. But, actually, there was not a problem at all. I had to press the "power" button, then right away finished styling my hair.5. My favorite features are the wide heat plates. These are perfect for my medium length hair. And, I really like the matte material finish. I've never seen a hair straightener made with this type of material. I love the way this material feels. The plates easily close down onto the hair. I do not need to press the plates down hard to get my hair result.6. For my hair texture, 97% of the hair styling time, I ONLY had to pass it on my hair once. There were three times, when I had to pass it on my hair strands twice. I had to do this on my crown section.7. The video shows the thickness of my hair. The photo's show the final look from different angles.I am very satisfied with this hair straightener. I am happy that I made this good investment for my hair care .

Absolutely perfect for me. I love the options and the power cord use that is for all three; very efficient plus clean. I can move from the curling iron to the hair straightener with in 1 minute. Each of the options warm up fast!

When I found this, I thought this would answer all my morning woes. A product that not only straightens but also dries. I thought this would reduce the time it took for me to do my hair and, thereby, the time it took me to get out the door each morning (or when the other half is telling me it's time to go). Typically, I blow dry (about 5 min) and straighten (about 15 min).Upon pulling it out of the package, I noted the nice feel (silicon-esk) and the easy to manage, well placed button (which changes all settings: on, off, and temperature). I was a little concerned it didn't contain a GFCI plug (the one with Reset and Test buttons to keep the product from shocking you if it short circuits) like my 15 yo straightener and my blow dryer which raised an eyebrow on the quality of this product (yes, made in China). Fortunately, the bathroom wall plug I was using has one so not a deal breaker.With all my expectations, I was sorely disappointed the first time I tried it. That morning, I tried it for half an hour before I gave up. I started at 410 (because my current flat iron only goes to 400 and that works) but eventually moved to max 450 temp thinking this might help. I wound up reverting to the blow dryer/straightener since my hair was not even close to dry and did not seem to be straightening at all. It was making my hair less wet, but not dry. As it was "working," my hair kept getting frizzier, kinkier and messier (with combing before each pass to keep if from knotting), not at all what a straightener does. This has NEVER happened with any flat iron I've tried. Even blow drying my hair with my head upside down does not produce this level of frizz or curl(!). (Perhaps putting my hand on the other half's Van de Graaff generator does...). I thought perhaps it was an off day so I tried it at night when I had time to play, but it took more than an hour to dry (and even then it was still damp), nearly as long as it takes to just air dry. Again, it was not straight, just frizzy and kinky.I have fine dishwater blond hair and a LOT of it (so much people think I have thick hair, nope just a lot of fine hair). Typically, it's not too frizzy and it only waves when I let it air dry (blow drying makes it straighten). Perhaps it's just my hair, but this product was a dud in my opinion.

It's a great product. But the only thing is that the plug in to the different pieces don't want to stay plugged in and keeps falling out. That's the only problem it is having.

I have had this iron for a while, and always prefer to review items after multiple uses. I don't flat iron my hair too often, as it is very long, fairly curly, and dense, and getting it all straight takes a long time regardless of straightener. However, every time I have used the Parwin Beauty Wet/Dry flat iron, I have been happy with the results! It smooths my crazy fluffy curly hair usually in one pass (two or three if it's still wet), and I can use it with ease to curl the ends for a bit of texture and bounce. The LED light blinks until it has reached the desired temperature, and the single button makes things easy and uncomplicated. The dual voltage bit is also wonderful when I travel; I have fried flat irons before by using them in foreign countries (even with an adapter! it's not failsafe!) But this one won't have that issue, which is wonderful. No complaints!
