I bought these originally for my mama cause she prays and loves some candles lit as she prays. I recently lost my 17 year old dog. It was one of the most heartbreaking things I've ever experienced. He was buried in my backyard and I was heartbroken leaving him out there with no light. I didn't think about it when we decided to let him go. My mom suggested we put the candles out there no matter how long they glow with the battery life all night. It was so beautiful. We kept waking in the middle of the night over come with grief and would just watch the candles at his grace burn and it was so comforting. We expected the candle light to die by morning...it didn't. We expected them not to work after a thunderstorm all right after, they did. They are currently on their 3rd night in a row and I am amazed and grateful cause it makes my baby's passing that much easier. These candles are fantastic!! The perfect tea light size I was looking for with shocking battery life, better than advertised. These are a part of my “night setting” house lights after the sun goes down and it’s getting closer to bedtime. I have had them on every night from 8/9pm - 8 am for the past month and they’ve held up strongly. The lights got dim this past week and it’s time to replace the batteries, but after a month of ~12 hr daily use? That’s amazing and well over the 200+hr battery life that is advertised. I highly recommend these!

I typically burn candles every single night. I’m one of those people who prefer candlelight to electric. The thing is, even though I buy most of my candles from Ikea (the BEST for no-frills candles. Inexpensive and they actually burn ALL THE WAY DOWN!), burning every night can get costly. So I opted to try these to see if they’d provide similar ambience (using a mixture of half real candles and half battery powered). As it turns out, they DO! By placing them in little crystal candle holders (also from Ikea) and positioning them throughout the room they provide the same ambient lighting as with all real candles. At likely half the cost. I’m only using 6 at a time so the pack of 24 will last quite a long time. And so far, the batteries are holding up well. Even with the cost of replacing batteries (when they finally DO need to be replaced), the cost of using candlelight every night is going to be far less. A ten pack of batteries (on Amazon) is somewhere around $5. So, again, far less than buying candles every month. I deducted 1 star because they are quite “flimsy” and need to be handled with care. But they really do flicker and unless you’re standing right next to them you can’t tell the difference. I’d say they’re worth the price!

I highly recommend these candles. They are bright but not glaring and I ordered the soft white so the light is calming rather than alarmingly bright. They’re bigger than normal tea lights but fit a votive candle holder perfectly. It really looks like a regular candle is burning. Looks like you can replace the battery when necessary. Really pleased with this purchase.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:These candles lasted us a long time and took a lot of abuse. I did pretty much everything you're not supposed to do with them, and even after being left in humidity they rusted but continues powering through it.

These tea lights are the best I have ever purchased. They actually last a really long time. We lost our cat unexpectedly on May 21st and I was able to pick up his ashes on June 4th. I set up a little shrine for him and used one of these candles for it. It’s been on ever since 6/4 (it’s 6/15 today) and the candle is still glowing after 10 days of full usage. I’ll never buy another brand again! The color is nice as well and has many uses. Would recommend.
