This is a spectacular product with its ability to rotate 360 degrees to block sun at any angle. Unfortunately, is is too big for my small apartment balcony, but it is exaxtly the kind of sun shade I need. I was so excited to find it and now equally disappointed to have to return it. You won't be disappointed with function, form or operation Well made, easy to use. Better than an umbrella because it's adjustable!

Oh my goodness, I spent a few years not spending much time on my balcony in the summer months in Minnesota as my place faces the south and I get a ton of sun in the summer along the Mississippi River.I finally purchased these umbrellas for my patio this year and I spend 3-6 hours on my balcony most days.They are so easy to install (I did buy the brackets to attach to my railings).I’m spending more time outside listening to tunes, watching the hummingbirds, reading in my zero gravity chair (I got this on Amazon too), and watching the world go by. This has been such a blessing to my mental health.I highly recommend these umbrellas if your soul is craving shade and the outdoors.If I could select 1000 stars, I would do that but I can only give a five star rating.

It's ok, but it kept on falling because the base is not strong enough to balance the umbrella. My base is 40lbs. That's not enough.

Love that you can move this around for coverage, its more versatile then the half umbrella i was considering.Packs down well and easy. I leave it bolted to the balcony at all times and put it up when i need to. I dont leave it open all the timeEasy to set up, i did it by myself

It is very windy where this is. It held up to heavy winds. I put a cane stopper on the bottom to make it stick in the stand more solid. It is a bit small compared to a patio umbrella so it does not block the sun as much. However it is much easier to manage it and it does much better in wind. I love the look of it.
